General Job Description:

A competent Server to provide an unparalleled genuine hospitality that pairs with our next level quality dishes. As the face of our business, you will create a one of kind experience leading to return and loyal guests.  Responsibilities will include:

·       Prepare tables with special attention to sanitation and order
·       Attend to Guest whenever necessary
·       Present menus and help guest to select food and beverages with your exceptional menu knowledge 
·       Take, repeat and serve all orders taken in a timely fashion
·       Answer questions or make recommendations 
·       Collaborate with the rest of the team to make each shift successful
·       Perform correct money transactions and make correct change utilizing Toast
·       Communicate with Guests and team members to promote specials and suggestions
·       Handle complaints or guest issues by following company Standard Operating Procedures
·       Work well with your teammates to ensure the best possible experience of our guests
·       Complete all work necessary to your position per shift
