HOST/HOSTESS

General Job Description:

An upbeat Host/Hostess to provide unparalleled genuine hospitality by greeting, providing appropriate wait times, taking carry out orders, and escorting our guests to their dining.  Responsibilities will include:

·       Welcome Guest genuinely 
·       Provide accurate wait times and manage wait as effectively as possible
·       Take and manage all reservations
·       Provide clean and organized menus to our Guests
·       Provide a sincere “thank you” when guests are departing
·       Coordinate with servers and bussers on available seating options
·       Maintain a clean area 
·       Cater to Guests who require extra attention
·       Answer incoming calls and address guests inquires
·       Assist the serving staff as needed

·       Should have an aptitude for driving sales through cultivation of new guests and retention of current guests
·       Meets all company service standards

·       Completes all ongoing certifications/validations
